I stayed here for one night and chose this place because it was fairly close to St George St and the price was very reasonable. The hotel is very clean and modern, this includes the lobby and my room. It is tucked behind a Bojangles and next to an apartment complex. The Tanger Outlet is minutes away and there are quite a few eateries minutes away. It would've been nice if the breakfast was free but that's okay. There is plenty of parking and the area felt safe for a solo female traveler. I would stay here again if ever in the area.

we stayed there for three nights, my daughter and I. When we check out we found out that we were not only charged taxes for each night but a bad tax for each night. Of course they don’t tell you that when you make the reservation we were shocked that our bill for three nights was over $700 we will never stay there again. There was also no microwave in the rooms. I expected more you could tell the hotel is old but while the carpeting was good, the baseboards were off and there was a lot of work to be done on the inside. I can honestly say the beds were not comfortable for that price.

We have stayed at this Courtyard Marriott off I95 three times in the last month, and many more times over the last 15 years. We like the hotel for the accessibility to the outlets and the historic area of St. Augustine. We knew they were going through some improvements but have stayed here many times and liked the people and the location. Our room was on the first floor. Evidently there was work being done over our room. We were awoken early in the morning with loud noise above us. Then we found we had a clogged sink and no hot water so we could not take a shower. The lobby is filled with construction materials, and the hot tub and pool are not in use. The hotel arrival area was very dirty. We do not plan on staying here in our future trips. The only reason for 2 stars is that the people at the front desk are very pleasant.
