A family vacation that we spontaneously took at Bay Palms. I could not believe our experience for what I paid. We checked in and were warmly greeted by Liam, “Welcome Home”, and he meant it! He messaged in throughout our stay and anything needed he was sure to provide. We were not directly on the beach but right on the bay. It was so peaceful, beautiful water views, a pool, and amazing fishing. My son caught his first snook and we saw a manatee and calf just feet away. We also had access to the Plaza Beach Private Beach, pool, tiki bar with $5 drinks. We played all kinds of beach games, mini golf, enjoyed FREE happy hour, and a free shot at the sunset celebration. We are well travelled and could not believe the service, vibe, value, and over all amazing experience. We will be coming back for many needed getaways!

Riana was amazingly welcoming as a hostess. I love the outfits all the staff were wearing and she told me I could purchase the outfit on Amazon. I booked at the residency across from the actual resort on the gulf side which included a kitchenette that was necessary for my needs. They have several different properties all with different amenities and are responsive to all of these properties. One critique I do have is the WiFi speed however they offer an upgrade package I believe for faster speeds. Overall great stay, lots of amenities and perfect for what I wanted.

Staff at the Plaza Beach Hotel are very friendly and attentive. Amaryllis was very accommodating and Greg took great care of us on the beach. Nights were quiet and days were bustling. Well worth the value spent.
