Hilton St. Petersburg Bayfront

Lobby is very nice. Misleading when you get into the room. Very dated. Barely any lighting in the bathroom. Was not impressed knowing this is a Hilton property. We got the King room with parlor. Would not recommend. Couch was stained and musky smell in room. Waste of an anniversary trip. Also our room was right at the elevators. Checking in was fast plenty of help. Checking out was slow. Only 1 person on the desk.

I stayed the night of May 31st. Upon entering the room, the TV didn’t work. They sent maintenance in to fix it and never was able to get it to work. I got ready and went to my concert, when I got back I showered and the water would not drain in the tub. When I went to get in bed there was something that looked like blood along the left side of the sheets, I also found a washcloth with the same blood looking substance on it. I reported all of this and was basically just told to “have a good day” by the man that checked me in. The icing on the cake is that I was charged a security deposit, the man who checked me in assured me it would be back in my account within 7-10 business days. I called over 1 month later and was told they don’t owe me anything. If I paid a deposit and got NOTHING back, how would they not owe me the price of the deposit back?

Exceptional stay at Hilton St. Petersburg Bayfront! Mati at valet and Marissa at front desk made me feel welcomed with their outstanding hospitality. Highly recommend!
