Madeira Bay Resort By TRS Inc.

The resort itself it really nice, great customer service, awesome location but the unit we stayed in #203 was horrible. So many things wrong with that until. First of all the say that it sleeps 6 and I would say that it only comfortably sleeps 3 people. The pull out sofa is the most uncomfortable sofa bed and is almost impossible to sleep on. The 2 bedroom has a full bed and it is very loud and extremely uncomfortable. The king room was nice but all you hear is the traffic noise since it faces the street. The shower head in the bathroom was disgusting (picture below) I wanted to like this place to bad but I was highly disappointed. The resort is super close to Johns pass and right across the street from the beach.

Great place with very friendly and helpful staff. Our luggage was lost by the airlines and Kate was on duty at midnight to accept delivery of our bag and held it overnight for us. Thanks Kate for listening to our horror story and accepting and holding our bag for us until the morning.

The property calls itself a resort but the only amenity is a pool that is too small for the complex. There are burned out bulbs and batteries, kitchen supplies are minimal and what is provided is warm out (had to purchase what is needed but the biggest complaint is the warm out bed that is very uncomfortable and squeaky when you move. The front desk could not have cared less! We were told that the units were individually owned and there was nothing they could do. DO NOT BOOK AT MADEIRA BAY RESORT. Horrible accommodation…,,
