Holiday Inn Lido Beach

Formerly Holiday Inn Beachside and this hotel has been renovated from the studs. Amazing decor, spotless throughout, nice bar area , wonderful staff, across street from Lido Beach and 5-8 minute walk to St Armand's Circle for dining and shopping. Hotel does offer complimentary shuttle to town. Wonderful unexpected highlight for our beach week!

This is our 2nd Opal Collection that we have stayed in within the past 3 months. The Cirque was an excellent choice for us. It was beautifully decorated and has a boutique feel to it. We love the idea of being able to use both Opal Collection resorts (Lido Beach Resort) and well as (Cirque St. Armand). The free shuttle between the two made it so worth it. The restaurant on site has excellent food as well as the Bar! Jensen was our bartender/ server most evenings during Happy Hour, and throughout the evening at the Pool Bar, and inside bar, he does an excellent job. Front desk staff and hostess at the restaurant were amazing. It is great when you leave a resort and you feel like you have created a relationship with the employees. This is exactly how we felt. The room was perfect and beautiful decorated in Circus theme of course. Great value for the money. Very clean. Turn down service in the evenings was a nice touch with chocolates, slippers etc. House keeping and shuttle drivers did and amazing job as well. The shuttle is so convenient because it also drops off every 20 min in St. Armand Circle in which we do a good bit of eating/ shopping on the Circle. The property was beautifully decorated for the 4th of July. We will return again as we come to this area at least once a year. I would recommend this resort and give it a 10/10.

Friendly, helpful, accommodating, delicious food, bar atmosphere fun, robes in room, cleaning service on top of things, pool is wonderful and outside relaxing space is just what is needed before bed!
