Baymont Inn & Suites Near Busch Garden

Terrible experience! Unfriendly staff. Bathroom in lobby had no soap….the only bathroom next to the breakfast station. Toilet leaked water all over the floor. Hand sanitizer in the breakfast area, the hand sanitizer was empty. Hotel was multiple floors, the elevator was out of order for the entire stay. Staff does not meet motor people in the pool after hours. Disturbed two nights in a row! One at 11:30 pm and at 2:30 am! When front desk person was made aware of this, POLICE were called!! Hallway on first floor smelled strongly of cannabis. Loud barking dogs at 2:30 am! Children running in the halls yelling at 2:30 am!! Filthy furniture in room. No Kleenex or shampoo in the room. Outside lights on side entrance both were out! Shower to at the pool completely rusted. Handi capped lift for hot tub broken and taped off with hazard tape. When checking out no apologies from staff. Avoid this hotel!

Pillows are lumpy. Pillows are not fluffy like other hotel quality pillows at all. The staff are friendly and the breakfast waffles are excellent. Overall the value is great.

Overall, the rumors clean I had no complaint. I will definitely go back. I just went there to sleep most of the time I was outthe entire day I didn’t have breakfast so I can’t even rate the breakfast.
