Best Western Bay Harbor Hotel

We have been loyal customers for 5 years now. Chico and I have grown fond of each other. The only flaw is the organization. Much poorer than average here in florida

My husband and I stayed here for a little weekend getaway, and the Godfrey Hotel did not disappoint. We arrived Friday around 1pm and was able to check in early. It was a pleasant surprise to find out we were upgraded to one of the suites. The room was very well kept, with the bed being comfortable. We actually had 2 great nights sleep. Our room overlooked Old Tampa Bay. The scenery was beautiful and I was able to capture the sunset. An added bonus, there is a restaurant/bar across that water from the hotel, and we got to enjoy the band they had playing Friday and Saturday night. We will definitely be staying here again. Shout out to Daniel for the Great communication before our stay!!

I only want to said dirty and smells like shi***. Going to report with the health department and the BBB. Because this is the only way to get something fixed here when someone do something or report something and I'm going to email AAA to get my money back.
