First off the staff At this place do not give a crap about you whatsoever. They’re very rude and disrespectful from day one they put you in an old shot out Room. It reeks like cigarette smoke always even though I’m a smoker because they allow people to smoking all the rooms and the only people that end up staying here long term somehow magically look like complete and total crackheads and meth heads, most of them, they have certain people I was one of them as well to note that they put on what they call no visitors list because see what they do is when you have a visitor even when it’s a family member, a partner or a close friend however, what the rule is you have to drop off your license or ID at the front desk and when the visitor leaves they have to go pick it up and the visitor wants to they have to pay a $15 fee that’s nonrefundable if the individual gets kicked out in one day they kicked out my girlfriend just because of the fact that I went to the desk to go ask for a pen and a piece of paper for five seconds without having her with me by my side, the whole time and then permanently, put me on the no visitors list they did it before, but then they put me on it permanently the second time, then things were more smooth for a little While even though there was a situation where one of the so-called guards one night I guess refused to give me a key when I got locked out because their rule is you have to pay them $10 to replace your key which is fine however, maybe I was misunderstood for all we know, but it seemed like basically The Man was standing in the doorway with the door, not even fully open and I had a hike my way all around to find a store that was still open to where I can get cash back and buy a key from The Man then there was another serious issue in the end where one night the same guard was working and I got locked out and that even bother asking him even though some of the other employees have gave me keys without charging me the same time but because of the fact the one guy I refused to even ask him because I had a feeling he was going to say no anyway so I ended up having to stay locked out the whole night and was really upset. Wandering around all emotional and upset, and came across a police officer in a parking lot down the street and was explaining to him because he had the feeling that something was wrong with me and I Was explaining to him, some of the policies, the officer, and he said to have the front desk call them when I got Back, and when they were using their normal business hours, however, I didn’t even do that, or even ask them to do that all I did was share with them some of the things I was saying to the officer, and they told me that I was full of lies And they decided to evict me and I even explain to them the situation with the guard possibly refusing one night to give me a key even though I’m not fully sure there without a payment first and also the lady that runs the front desk normally one of the managers Was changing up her story a bit when I was talking to her. Actually she was the one doing that by the way, because first I said I know that you guys don’t Always give people keys without payment first I know you guys always do that and then she was changing up her story after I started sharing with her that I basically felt like there’s some kind of an interesting concept going on or whatever the case may be here and the situation with the policeman and that was it I do not recommend this place whatsoever

Your staff was very verbally abusive and bigoted. One of your staff called us "Faggots" you were rude to the elder lady with the German Shepherd for talking in the hallway. I see all your horrible reviews and here is another one to add to that. No wonder you are not good enough to accredited with the better business bureau "BBB" but they got bad reviews on you anyway. Not only was the front desk rude from the moment I called but they neglected to tell me that night it was a common occurrence for drug deal to happen right in the front. So when I went to walk my dog I saw a beautiful black souped up mustang drive-in and a man who looked like he was definitely on crack with a backpack hop in the car. I attempted to go to bed after I had already spent two hours scrubbing every surface because it was filthy. It’s clear by cleaning they mean take to the trash out of the fridge because there was dirt on every single service and layers of dust on top of this headboard on the air-conditioning and every other service I touch the red with black after I wiped it down. I even mopped the entire floor and used an entire pack of swiffers. But then it got worse and there were roaches in the room in the middle of the night even though I didn’t have food in the room and was on the second floor. I left in the middle of the night because I did not feel safe and it was absolutely disgusting having the roaches crawling around on the walls. I called at 1 AM when I left to leave a message letting him know that I did not stay the night and I would be taking a refund I arrived in the morning for them to tell me I signed a piece of paper that said no refunds even though I was never told there were no refunds. I said but you also said there was no drugs on from this and I thought drop you’ll have any when I went to my car at midnight and the two desk ladies laughed in my face and told me that she watched eight hours of video last night and didn’t see anything happening. That doesn’t even make sense because how can somebody watch the hours of videos in four hours so I am good describe the car to her and give her the place so that way she would know that I wasn’t lying that they were drug deal that I actually witnessed firsthand. I explain over the roaches were crawling on the walls and on the floor and she told me I should’ve done a better job of checking the room. I said how should I have checkEd better at check in. I said how would I know until I mopped myself how filthy it is and how would I know that you have drugs all over your promises even though your rules say it’s a drug free residence, and how should I check for the roaches? She told me that I’m not getting a refund and they’re not gonna give me the information to talk to the owner. I asked if there’s anyway to contact them if they have an email and she said no she would let them know and I said OK well then when will they be contacting me and she said I don’t know he might. I was a single female checking in and I can’t believe that these women wouldn’t have the courtesy of telling me what it was really like there and instead just tried to scam me. Do not even attempt to look at this place. It would be better off staying in a frat house.
