DAYS INN TAMPA/ WEST OF BUSCH GARDENS

Worst Experience EVER. We literally had to call the cops on the front desk manager. DO NOT stay here unless you enjoy sleeping on used needles and having a conversation through the hole in the wall with your neighbor. No photos because we did not stay in there long enough for fear of what we may bring home.

My last night of vacation turned into a nightmare! Scanned through Expedia and picked a hotel that was close to the airport, as I had an early morning flight. The stairwell smelt strongly of urine and the rooms we walked by had a strong odor of marijuana. The room was absolutely disgusting! The air coming from the air-conditioner smelled of mold and mildew—there was layers of dirty dust in and around the air conditioner—-heck the whole entire room. Pulled back the covers on the bed to see dingy yellow stained sheets (so gross) Next checked the bathroom out dirty, filthy, disgusting—the towels were dingy yellow and when I pulled the shower curtain back a cockroach landed on my arm! I screamed!!! Called the front desk and the maintenance person came and flushed it down the toilet and then offered to spray our room while we stayed in it! What the heck. We left!!!! They refusing to give us a refund!!!! Expedia or any other hotel app should NEVER EVER advertise this hotel as an option!!!
