Howard Johnson Plaza Hotel

Our pro flag league had our first event in Tampa and we were recommended the Barrymore. The staff was extremely helpful and kind at all times of the day. I worked closely with Salina from sales who is an absolute ray of sunshine. She went above and beyond to make sure our stay was seamless. If we return back to Tampa, we will definitely be back at the Barrymore!

Great location, friendly staff, convenient amenities. Right in the middle of all the action, their shuttle service is very useful to avoid parking fees and traffic.

I can’t express enough how much this hotel is like a family to me. I’ve only been there twice and stayed three days each time and was treated with kindness respect, and prompt to my needs. Jehanne is so knowledgeable of what’s going on, Very helpful., listen to my needs, and very professional. Michelle is very helpful does a great job at the front desk and is always willing to help me.
