I started booking here weekly because apparently had a fitness room and I wanted that on my stays but both treadmills are death traps. One doesn’t work and the other stops on mid run and was flung forward. Other than that, the rooms are great and staff is awesome. Beware of that so called gym

my friends birthday was this weekend, we drove 4 hours and arrived finally.. to find out that they’ve cancelled her reservation even when on booking it says confirmed. then they wouldn’t match her price to what she agreed and reserved on booking, we had to book another hotel on the spot or sleep in her car. My boyfriend and i had booked an adjacent room the next night and luckily they didn’t cancel that one, but that meant we stayed in 2 different hotels during the night. We get back here the following evening to check in and the front desk hosts were just as unhelpful and rude as they were the day before. I asked for a late check-out, said i had to call in the morning. I’ve stayed at over 100 hotels (i roadtriped the country last fall) and i’ve NEVER had to call down the following morning to ask, it’s ALWAYS been a “yes”, because, what’s an extra hour. Wake up this morning and call down at 10am, “all of the late checkouts are booked ma’am”. NEVER heard of that in my LIFE. horrible customer service. on the walk up to our room, passed inside a gated area that we needed our key to go into which had a patch of grass with the biggest pile of dog sh*t, wasn’t aware dogs were aloud here let alone prepared to see that before arriving to our room. The room was ok, shower was barely a trickle, had a microwave, fridge, and regular hotel TV that surprisingly had HBO. Night club was VERY active on a saturday night, parking was IMPOSSIBLE because they allow just anyone to use up their entire parking lot to party at their club and set aside coned parking spots for guests at the very front of the hotel where none of the rooms are, ours in particular was in the very back of the hotel so the walk was very annoying when there were dozens of parking spots taken up just below our room. Cars driving around the parking lot blaring spanish music, revving engines. Don’t know who’s idea it was to attach a night club to a hotel, and not even a good one haha. Trashed up the hotel even more than the customer service experience. Loads of people in the road, in their cars all over the place, standing around outside. If i wanted that i’d go to any of the 25 all nude clubs surrounds the hotel.

Recently renovated rooms. Upon check in, we were told that the computers were down, and that we couldn't check in. Several others were waiting also. Finally, after about 15 min., they told us that since our room was pre-paid, we could check in. Two other guests, who booked using a third party service, were told that they couldn't check in. They ended up leaving. Our king room was clean, except for bread on the floor under the air conditioner! Bed was comfortable, hotel was very quiet. Breakfast was not great, but adequate. Hotel is very convenient to I-75. A 7 min drive to the Seminole Hard Rock Casino. Very reasonably priced. Would stay here again.
