Residence Inn by Marriott St. Petersburg Treasure Island

Reception were excellent.helped us out brilliantly. Gave us good advice and information. Excellent room and service. Breakfast was enough to fill you up. Good location. Smashing beach, lovely pool. Highly recommend an would return.

Spent 3 nights here while in town with my family. Very clean and modern rooms. We had a 2 bed suite with 2 baths and full kitchens . Staff is very friendly and accommodating. I really liked it here however there is no restaurant on premises. The free breakfast was just ok. I would have preferred to pay for a decent breakfast. Nice location on the strip and beach. Less expensive than the competition for comparable hotel. Thanks to the staff for their great service!

We had a wonderful stay at the Residence Inn by Marriott Treasure Island. The staff truly made the experience exceptional. I can’t say enough about how kind and welcoming everyone was, especially the three gentlemen at the front desk on 8/5 and 8/6 (I’m sorry I didn’t get their names). The cafeteria staff were also fantastic. I’m usually good about remembering names, but this trip was all about relaxing, so I unfortunately didn’t catch anyone’s names. The location is excellent, with direct beach access and a pleasant, short walk to the sand. After a few days of our stay, the A/C in our room stopped working. The staff responded immediately and moved us to another room with an even better view. Their quick response and outstanding customer service made what could have been a frustrating situation completely stress-free. My only minor disappointments were that we didn’t initially receive a room with a great view, even though I had requested one in advance. I understand the hotel was likely fully booked, so it wasn’t a major issue. I was also surprised that the room didn’t include a shower cap, which is something I usually expect at a Marriott property. Overall, the exceptional staff, beautiful location, and excellent customer service made this a great stay. We would definitely return and highly recommend this hotel.
