I came solo and had a great stay. The lady at the front desk was very helpful and welcoming, especially after my long drive from Chicago. The owner, Mo, was wonderful as well. My room was clean and comfortable, no complaints at all. They also offer breakfast in the morning, which was a nice bonus. I would definitely recommend this place and will be coming back!

This was very close to the springs kayaking that we wanted to do (which btw are amazing!). The staff were pretty helpful, but that is pretty much where the positives ended. The inside of the bottom floor room (#101) was large, but definitely not 3stars worthy or the $160USD/night. In essence, it was filthy and run down. Some examples: Grimy high-contact surfaces such as light switches and doors that were covered in what must have been several month’s worth of grimy hands handling their edges. Rusted bathroom fittings. Filthy bathroom floors that a half-assed attempt at mopping in select areas could be clearly seen. A rusted fridge on the inside and out that also leaked all over the floor. Water-stained mouldy bed under sheets. We were exhausted by a long drive and only needed to sleep before moving on, so we didn’t have the energy of going through the late night dramas of trying to get another room (that would probably have the same problem). I just hope we don’t end up with bed bugs…

Looks ok on the outside. Front desk service was good. Convenient location to Weeki Wachee Park. Inside very disappointing for the price (over $100 per night). Carpet dirty, air smelled like dog covered by deodorizer ... awful oder to breathe all night. Bathroom floor nasty. Weak breakfast bar. Walls thin to neighboring sounds.
