Comfort Inn

Room and service was very nice and welcoming.

Frankly, I’ve stayed in hotels in Third World countries that are cleaner than this very nasty. When you walk in it smells like cigarette upon arrival. There wasa lady that worked there sprained air freshener in the hallway to try to get some of that cigarette smell off the room was dirty. I don’t even even know if the sheets were clean, walked and walked right back out. The general manager refused to refund the money back for the three nights stay onlygave me back money for one night and thought that was adequate. I am disputing the charges for the other tonight with my credit card. He won’t even talk to me. He seems to think he deserves to keep my money for nothing he said that we should’ve canceled 3 o’clock, but we weren’t even allowed to check in before 3 o’clock and look at the hotel. I’m not from the area. I’m from Texas first time in Wesley Chapel but last time and any roadway I guarantee you that.

There awesome! great people great service
