Best Western Palm Beach Airport

It's 6:52 am as I write this. I've made three trips looking for breakfast. Breakfast is advertised at 6! I've been up since 5. Got my run in. Showered, shaved. Now I'm just hangry. Where's the gd breakfast!?? Hospitality? Consuela is slowly slowly moving about her business. No hustle whatsoever. The fellow behind the desk did not look up from his entertainment phone ONCE in the 4 trips I made into the Lobby to check on breakfast. I should-a robbed him to teach him a lesson. The place needs a scrubbing, pressure-washing, something. The clientele is third world. Hurry, Donald, close the borders before we fully become Guatemala. Certainly there's a few positives.. The price is OK. The sheets are clean, "Thumb's UP" to housekeeping. The mattress doesn't hurt. The lighting is a little better than average, except the engineering of the light switches is alien. The Indian woman who made --excuse me-- "laid out" breakfast yesterday was a true beam of sunshine and radiated joy. How sweet she was.

I was skeptical about staying here. My flight was cancelled due to shortage of crew and pilot. The only flight out was out of West Palm Beach, the other hotels were doubled. I took a chance and I’m glad I did. I pulled back the sheets and everything was spotless. I wore socks because ai was nervous, my socks were cleaned. The pillows and beds were plush! If you closed your eyes, you would have thought you were in a 5 star hotel. If you need somewhere to stay, book this hotel!

Came to visit family but room have roaches, rotted door moldings, and molded tiles. The shower curtain rod isn’t functional, and the doors have issues. The pool wasn’t accessible and the area is the sketchy part. Sure, staff is nice, but there are better deals at much nicer hotels.
