Microtel Inns And Suites Zephyrhills

Tahyia was awesome. She made the experience feel welcoming.. great customer service. Though The rooms can be better mostly the windows could be cleaner for a better view. That it. Customer service great! Windows could be revamped

We stayed here again this summer for 9 nights in July and August. Price was good and room was clean and nice. If you stay so many consecutive nights you get a good idea about all of the staff. They were all very professional, pleasant, friendly, and helpful if needed. Kind of like family. We stayed here last summer for multiple nights which is why we returned this year. Motel is centrally located to many restaurants. Will stay here again.

Kyle the front end clerk on 7-29-26 was helpful on explaining what all the fees were for. He was more helpful then the big black lady on 7-28-26 when me and my wife checked in She didn't explain any of the fees at all. We give Kyle 5 stars and beyond he is an amazing employee.
