Comfort Suites Downtown Convention Center

My stay didn’t get off to the best of starts, as it was a nightmare to get out of the MARTA station and find the front door due to construction. Then, my stay hadn’t been entered into their system! Luckily, the fantastic SAMANTHA was on duty behind the desk and was able to find and sort my booking, while also looking after other guests at the same time. Samantha was great, and always had a lovely smile & greeting whenever we saw each other. My suite was nice & spacious, though very dark. There was no hot water on the 1st day, and my towels were never changed and the room never tidied over a 5 night stay. However, as it was only me staying that was not a problem. The breakfast buffet was ok - not brilliant, but all staff were helpful and friendly. I’d definitely look to stay here again.

Great value for money We had a fantastic stay at The Connally Hotel Downtown Atlanta during the FIFA World Cup. The rooms were spacious, spotlessly clean, and very comfortable. The entire hotel was well maintained, making it a great place to relax after busy match days. A special thank you to Tamika, who went above and beyond to make our stay even more comfortable. Her kindness, professionalism, and genuine hospitality made a real difference. The location is another huge plus—just a 2-minute walk to Four Points Station and about a 10-minute walk to Mercedes-Benz Stadium, making it incredibly convenient for attending matches and exploring downtown Atlanta. The neighborhood also felt safe, which gave us peace of mind throughout our stay. If you're visiting Atlanta for a sporting event or simply looking for a comfortable, well-located hotel with outstanding service, I highly recommend The Connally Hotel Downtown Atlanta.

I stayed at the hotel for 6 nights while in Atlanta for the World Cup. The hospitality, especially from Tameka was out of this world. She was always on hand to assist. Overall great stay, massive room with a beautiful view. The location is perfect as well.
