Country Inn and Suites Hotel Downtown Atlanta

Staff is friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great lots to choose from. Bed is comfortable I did notice a couple stains on the couch but nothing to cry about. Ac works great room was clean upon arrival. We checked in kinda late but had no problems. Would recommend and stay again on next business trip

In Atlanta for short-notice visit. Easy booking at a great price through Choice Hotels. Initially stayed at a competitor location for proximity to the hospital. Left after only one night, and I WAS a memberof that chain!! After one night in the competitor's hotel, given the major issues there I walked away from a $200+ dollar stay, found this hotel and never looked back. Wish I would have found this one earlier! Slept well for the first time since arriving in Atlanta.

Be aware this hotel is super dangerous. I stayed for only a couple of hours as one of the staff memebers got super drunk and intoxicated over night kept knocking at my door and trying to break in between 1-2 am. I called the front desk for help. The front desk man was frightened himself and refused to come up. Instead he called the police. shortly after the police intervened I left. I was told by the front desk person that during the course of one week he had worked there,he had seen too many safety issues and he was going to quit that same day. I called the next day and talked to this woman who claimed to be the hotel manager "Riyanna". Her response was " Nothing i can do. you could have changed your room. that's not our problem". Really horrible service.
