I found the hotel online with a fabulous discount rate and judging from the description and photos, booked a 2 night stay. The property boasted a cracker barrel 0.1 miles away among other amenities that I found important. Upon arrival I noted that the cracker barrel they referred to was an abandoned building at the front of the parking lot and if the name of the hotel was in fact knights inn. Balloons with selfie and walking across the floor barefooted once left the bottoms of my feet black. My lamp shade beside the bed was melted and broken, there was no bucket for ice and the towels were dingy and not enough for 2 of us.

Made booking 2 months in advance. Upon arrival, they said they do not have any rooms available, that they don’t even offer triple rooms (as per my booking), and to find a different hotel. I asked for the price to take two doubles instead - the lady just pretended she couldn’t hear me - I stood at the counter for 10 minutes and she pretended I wasn’t there. It was so weird and rude. I was offering to book more rooms but they didn’t even want that. The scam looks like it is to take your $$, turn you away, and profit from the people who forget to contest the charges. In the time I was in the lobby, there were 3 other customers complaining about things broken in their room or being overcharged.

I booked a room through an online app and got told at the reception that the offer was not valid anymore and they needed me to be extra charged for the room. The receptionist and the manager were absolutely of no help and they seemed annoyed by my request for trying to sort out the issue with the booking app. They would not even agree to call their call center for me so I needed to be charged for a long international call. In the end I had to move to another hotel booked through the app to secure the money I had already paid (and could not be refunded). I could not obviously see the room but based on the condition of the public spaces I mustn’t have missed much (just my assumption). See attached pictures as support. I am not sure at which level the mistake was but, considering most of the potential clients would be attracted by the low prices, I would advice to be very careful before booking a room at this hotel.
