Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites Lawrenceville

Not very clean-room smelled like smoke & was not well cleaned. The carpet was old and in bad shape. The renovations were obvious, but done in the wrong places. Toilet continuously would stop up and ended up being unusable. Lobby is outdated & tiny. The hotel is not reflective of most holiday inn properties. This was a last minute decision to stay here out of convenience & was chosen quickly online. Staff was courteous and breakfast choices were good. But, there are better places out there!!

The hotel looked nice when I walked in until I went in my room absolutely disgusting.There was blood on the carpet the carpet was ripped up and absolutely disgusting and filthy I called the front desk and they told me there’s nothing they can do to help me. I travel all over the country for work and this is absolutely the worst experience I’ve had at any hotel

Terrible I just knew it when I pulled up to it. I tried to cancel but was told I would be charged either way. It was like a worker/extended stay hotel. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. There were tools everywhere and rooms were not cleaned. I had to reclean the room and force myself to sleep from the sound of dripping water all night. Terrible stay.
