Miss Debbie at the front desk was phenomenal Very pleasant to talk to understanding and considerate I really appreciate her energy her professionalism and her ability to satisfy all my concerns and for that I'm grateful. She's a plus to my stay

What a fantastic hotel! The room was perfect! The staff couldn’t have been friendlier. The late night front desk lady and breakfast host were so incredibly sweet and kind. The front desk lady made us feel welcomed and appreciated! The breakfast host was so warm and caring to all of the hotel guests. To make things even better, the hotel is in a great location. We felt very safe the entire time. Restaurants and a mall nearby too. Stone Mountain is only 15 min away. It was just close enough to go back and forth but far enough to be out of that particular part of Georgia. Thanks for an amazing stay! We will be back!

DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL! We stayed here after calling to confirm it was in a safe location and the person who answered was at a call center in Florida and was not even familiar with the area. The hotel is in the ghetto with homeless people walking the street and all kinds of people coming in and out of the parking lot and hotel at all hours of the night. There were even signs in the parking lot confirming it was in a bad area by stating to park here at your own risk that the hotel is not liable for stolen things out of your car. They put us on the 3rd floor with 2 kids and the elevator was out of order which has been previously stated in reviews over and over again. There were people all night from 1:00am-6:00am slamming doors going in and out doing God knows what and the front desk never answered the phone during the five hours I called to complain until 6:00am at what time she said the phone had been acting funny. They are a complete joke and I would absolutely never stay at here at the risk of your family’s safety.
