This is the absolute worst hotel I have ever stayed in. Let me start with upon checking in my room it was extremely hot and the bed had blood on the sheets. Our air didn’t work and when I tried calling the front desk to get help with those issues the phone also did not work. The room also lacked amenities such as forks and spoons a dish towel dish detergent paper towels and the dishes that were in the cabinet were dirty. I had to change rooms twice in the middle of the night because no one ever came to change my sheets and the rooms they gave me had no air. The front desk person who worked the night shift had a terrible attitude and she even yelled at myself and my son because I was frustrated about the condition of the room and never got the problem fixed. She had a terrible attitude with everyone who came to that desk for help or questions. The carpet and walls are very dirty and even the elevator looked unkept. The hotel reeked of smoke although it’s a smoke free hotel. There was tape on the windows and they looked as if they’d never been cleaned. I was so unsatisfied that I asked for a refund for the awful experience but they only rewarded me 10000 points which took three weeks for me to get. And this was after calling Marriott Bonvoy customer service line which was also no help. I’ve been a Gold Elite member for 16 years and I’ve never been treated this harshly at a hotel stay. I changed rooms three times before I finally got a room with air for myself and my kids. We finally went to bed around 3.30 in the morning due to the slow process of staff and constantly bringing moved around of which I had to go check the rooms myself to make sure they were clean and cool. I wouldn’t allow my dog to stay there. This hotel needs to close down because it’s very very low quality and a TERRIBLE representation of the Marriot Brand. I’m now looking into Hilton Rewards program.
