Cornethia provided superior customer service upon our arrival. Made my family and me feel special and WELCOMED. She represents what quality customer should look like. I definitely will stay here again.

Was really looking forward to staying here as aviation lovers, unfortunately we were met with a lot of disappointment. Upon arrival we found out there is a parking fee of 25 dollars! What!?! I'm already paying a ton to stay here why should I have to pay to park! Sucked it up and dealt with it. The front desk worker was nice on check in, gave us a couple waters and sent us on our way. We get to the room, which was spacious and immediately go to watch planes as thats why we stopped here..... only one chair on the deck... back to he lobby to confirm that's correct and see what they could do, yep... in a place that is designed for people to sit and watch airplanes they give you one chair for the deck... nothing they were willing to do, half an apology and move along. Got back to the room decided to just stand for a while. It started raining so we went inside for a moment and explored around. The floors were old and stained in various places, but overall the room was at least clean. Bathroom was pretty nice with good hot water and high pressure. No microwave in the room, not a deal breaker for us but just letting people know. Pretty small fridge and a long walk to ice. After exploring a bit we went and spent the rest of the night watching planes, which I will reiterate is awesome here and really the only saving grace of any of it. Then night comes and we go to lay down. We had booked a king room and didnt think much if it when we arrived (easily distracted by planes right? ) and when we laid down (its 130 am at this point) we realized this is a queen bed. Im a big boy and take up a lot of real estate so this got very tight and with no other sleeping option in the room it would just have to do. But the worst part here was the bed itself. Other reviews tout a plush comfy bed but this was far far far from it. It felt as though I had drapped scratchy sheets over a picnic table and decided thats good enough. This bed was awful but after driving all day, having our stuff unpacked and being in pajamas we were both too tired to care, that was a mistake. Sleep was minimal and when we did get up in the morning aches and pains awaited us. Seriously the worst bed I've ever slept in. So now its morning and we wanted some food before more plane watching. We had read they had a buffet for breakfast with made to order omelets and that everything was fresh and high quality. After being seated we got some apple juice which was lukewarm and went to get our food. No omelet station, should have turned around at that but trekked on. Had typical breakfast items, couple things of fruit, bagels, toast, basic cereal, eggs (questionable), bacon, sausage, potatoes, buscuits, muffins, gravy, you get it. The food was atrocious, everythjng either turned into a grease ball or turned into some sort of weird playdoughy texture when you ate it. Food quality was that of a super 8 continental breakfast. Most stuff was not warm, fresh, or remotely edible. No one came around to get drinks refilled or replaced, the staff seemed appalled that we were even there. Here comes the kicker.... 23.95 a person!!! What in the world! Beyond ridiculous for a place to charge that much for not even a good continental breakfast after paying 200-300 a night to stay there. What food I did eat upset my stomach, my friend was smart and barely ate anything instead doordashing a breakfast burrito, still had to pay the 24 bucks to look at it and determine thats disgusting. On checkout I voiced these concerns to the front desk, shorter blonde lady probably late 30s or early 40s who gave me a roll of the eyes, came out with the most forced im sorry ever, and sent me on my way. No empathy, no owning up to giving us the wrong room. No even care that all of this was a disaster. I am so so disappointed in this hotel especially considering the absurd costs.

I booked this hotel for the convenience of its complementary airport shuttle and proximity to the airport. As a bonus, i got to stay at a delightful property with spotless clean rooms, great service, food available late, and one of the best hot showers in the system. Kind and friendly staff top to bottom. Next time I need a bed convenient to the Atlanta airport, this will be the place
