Best Western Executive Inn

Stayed at this hotel for 2 nights and realized around 5am on the 2nd night that I had almost been eaten alive by bed bugs. I was able to see one with my own eyes and kill it. The lady at the front desk admitted to having bed bugs in the hotel and that they give refunds when a customer complains.

They put us in a handicap room no tub just a shower but all the level of the floor so water sorta drain but some went to the other part of the bathroom. The lamp didn’t work had a short in it . Dust behind the chair . The towels were stained . For over $500 a week the room needs to be cleaned every inch and I’m not sure what to do about the shower . I wouldn’t stay here again .

I had left an item in the hotel room, which I never do! Peter went out of his way to send it back and he was such a pleasure to work with! The front desk was accommodating and helped us find what we were looking for. The room was updated and it was a nice budget hotel. We didn't have any issues.
