Holiday Inn Augusta Gordon Hwy

This is by far the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. On arrival I was told that they are unable to issue room key cards, and that means every time you leave and you want to get back into your room you have to wait for maintenance to come and open the door for you. I agreed because I did not want to go look for another hotel. Then I get to the room and it is absolutely terrible. It's dirty, the walls and floor are stained, the bathroom has dirt in the corners and smells moldy. The TV did not work. What was the deal breaker for me is that there was a door connecting to the room next door where people had 2 small dogs barking every time I moved in the room. They were also smoking and the smoke was coming from under the door. I just could not breath with the combination of mold and smoke. I left and went to the hotel across the street. The lady at the front desk was nice and was very apologetic for this horrible situation.

I would recommend another stay at the Ramada it's a great location very quiet and humble. Pool area very clean very nice and love the spot to relax to cook out with your friends or family great View to cool area

The person that they have on the grill is a really nice guy. I think his name is Robert. The food was delicious and they also have a pool I would come again. The hotel was good looking in the service was good
