Masters Inn Augusta - Washington Road

Showed up for room the week of masters and was given key to room and when we walked in it was half clean and had pants on top of fridge and was gross and had 2 pizza boxes that had been eaten out of. Like someone was living there. Went back up to front and was given another key and it took us to a room with a king bed. There were 4 of us and our reservation was for 2 double beds. There was also shadiness in the parking lot at 1230a. Def didn’t feel safe. We had to find another hotel. If you know how masters week is, that’s hard to do, but fortunately we found one. They did refund our money but was still very inconvenient and costs us more for a last min hotel elsewhere.

This was the absolutely the worst motel I have ever stayed at… it is not a hotel ! Outside entrance to room. Rooms were filthy. Had a dirty unclean bathroom with left over fecal matter. The phone did not work … their website it totally misleading check out the pool they are advertising I pics … absolutely gross… I would give it a lower rating if available.. Red Rood should be fined for even having this open. 🤢

I paid for a room here but since I had an air mattress with me, I slept on it in my car. I cannot stress what a filthy, disgusting place this is. Check out the pics. Do I need to say more? The pool is a lovely deep green though. It’s so bad I sent the pics to Red Roof Corporate. I can’t believe they’d want to have their name on it. You can also disregard the disingenuous apology that will surely appear below this. This hotel exists only to make huge dollars during Masters week. You’ve been warned
