Not a good experience. Me and my husband booked this place for just one night, and left after only an hour. We aren't picky by any means - and didn't expect it to be perfect, but this place was awful! First, the pool wasn't open(in July), and it doesn't look like it has been in a long time. We weren't notified of this when we made a reservation. The internet wouldn't work at all - and the lady in the office wasn't any help, just had an "oh-well" attitude. The stairs leading to the second floor needed paint, as well as the rocking chairs on our balcony. The chairs for the room next to us were completely broken. Literally EVERYTHING at this hotel is in need of some kind of maintenance or repair, and all you see is peeling paint and rust everywhere you look. Could see trash below our balcony, and I think someone was actually LIVING in the room below us. No other guests except us - on a Saturday night. Super sketchy place that looks NOTHING like the online pictures. We left early, and won't be back.

Definitely a one night stay type of place. The grounds are in need of a clean up there was junk everywhere. The landscaping was in need of a lot of love. Building had recently been painted but not completed maybe? Lots of unpainted parts. We were in room 109 and the view out of the back window was of trash that needed to be cleaned up. Walls paper thin so expect little sleep. Light above sink did not work nor did outlet for hairdryer that was attached to wall. The room was clean and spacious. Looked it had been painted but they skipped the baseboards. I would have loved to have shared with the front desk but no one came so we ended up just leaving our key.

We went for a motorcycle ride. Great location. Walking distance to Family dollar and restaurants. Friendly people working there. Reasonable pricing. If you need a room in Dillard give them a chance. We were happy with it.
