Extended Stay America Atlanta-Gwinnett Place

Monica did a great job in my room

I've been staying at this hotel for the past two months, and my experience has been nothing but positive. The property is clean, comfortable, and has truly felt like a home away from home during a difficult time in my life. What really makes this place stand out is the incredible staff. Bimwana, Ruth, and Marita are always smiling, welcoming, and genuinely kind. They consistently go above and beyond to make guests feel valued, and their professionalism and positive attitudes never go unnoticed. Every interaction with them has been pleasant, and they always make me feel welcome. I truly appreciate everything they've done to make my stay comfortable. If you're looking for a hotel with outstanding customer service and a caring staff, I highly recommend staying here.

Love my stay the manager marita is very energetic and accommodating
