RAMADA CONFERENCE CENTER FORSYTH

We have traveled for over 25 years and always stay at a Red Roof inn, as our dog is always welcome. Out of the 5 destinations over the years, we found this location perfect and the owner is very friendly and considerate. Our room is always ready and clean. Beds are comfortable as well. We checked in at 02:09 am 10/6/2025 without a prior reservation. The room was clean until we discovered multiple roaches in the bathroom. We went to the front desk and requested another room. During the process the night manager asked how large the roaches were which i thought was a little odd. I guessed at least 3 inches in length. He said they have issues when there is a lot of rain etc. He transferred us to another room and upon entering were met with several more. Considering that it was around 02:35 am we opted to remain. When checking out around 08:30am I requested that the day manager contact me. No call had been received so I left a review on the Red Roof corporate site. Once again no response either by email or phone from anyone.

Stayed at this location for the first time.This is halfway from Cincinnati to South Florida. The property probably needs some upgrades,but: Very clean,comfortable bed and the bathroom was stocked with soap ,shampoo and plenty of towels.Nice TV and Microwave and fridge,all in good condition.We stayed on the courtyard side on the way back,which was nice .Staff are very friendly.For the budget price they even offer a simple breakfast.The coffee was good.Also offer juice,milk and ceral and a small selection of breakfast items.Will stay there again.
