I stayed here twice in 2017 and was mostly pleased...the on-site manager was helping turn this property around from its very negative past. Unfortunately, the on-site manager left and the hotel...

No heat in our room, told front desk did nothing. Had reserved two rooms and they did not have our rooms blocked or was expecting us. No coffee in room, they don't give it out. No Kleenex either...
