Our stay was so terrible that we left early. The room was absolutely disgusting. The carpet was sticky. When my husband went to bathe our toddler, he found what looked like semen floating in the bathtub. The following morning we requested an early checkout and were told that we would still have to pay for the next night as we didnt cancel our reservation at 6pm the night before. However, we were not asking to cancel, we were requesting an early checkout. I have already submitted a complaint and asked to have our second night refunded but have not heard anything from anyone. This was one of the worst hotel experiences I have ever had, especially considering the amount of money we paid for our stay.
