We have stayed here many times over the years and always had a great experience...this year with Best Western Plus was no different. This hotel is always well kept...both the grounds and the rooms are always in great shape. It is a perfect "jumping off" spot for just about anywhere you want to go on the island. The staff do a great job of making this a great stay on Jekyll. They allow pets, so if you bring one on your trip, please respect that fact and pick up after your pet. A reasonable rate as well. We will be back next year for another stay.

Although we have booked a house, we decided to arrive one night early and needed a place to stay. We booked online, which made the check-in process easy we stayed in an upstairs room. The room was very nice and comfortable. Breakfast the next morning was typical with eggs, sausage, yogurt, oatmeal, waffles, coffee, fruit, etc. We ended up playing a chess match at the court outside. Overall was a wonderful experience, but don’t take my word for it. Try it for yourself.

Great location. Loved how close it was to the beaches, Horton pond, restaurants and the playground. Staff was friendly and helpful. Will definitely come back. Very enjoyable trip for 2 grandparents and 2 grandchildren. Staff helped to fix a mistake booking.com made and reinstalled our booking. The manager is absolutely fabulous. Breakfast staff made breakfast with quick refills and a friendly smile. Wish people appreciated them more
