FAIRFIELD INN & SUITES KINGSLA

I was traveling through Georgia on the way south to Miami. I stopped at this hotel on a Fri. evening. Holly at the reception desk was very helpful and went out of her way to accommodate my request for a complimentary upgrade to a suite. Also, at breakfast the following morning, complementary breakfast, the lady who was in charge was very friendly. They had run out of one of the hot entrees and she went to the back to make me some more. These actions were greatly appreciated. The suite which I had was nice. It was clean, had a mini-refrigerator, and had a cute layout. The breakfast selection was good, with both hot and cold entrees, as well as fresh fruits. This is a good hotel.

The hotel is not up to Marriott standards and I would not recommend. Some attempt has apparently been made to update but it is not nice.

This is the worst Marriott property that I have ever stayed at. First of all, the rooms are very dated. Fortunately, they are clean at least. The bathrooms are from the 70s. Tubs are pitted. Floor tiles are all uneven. Tried to use the Netflix option to connect to my own account as almost every other hotel chain allows. Not this one... the option is there, but I in was told that they don't have it available. Try the channel guide... it's great... it lists the channel, just not what the current program is on it. It's obvious that this location's primary objective is to rip off the once or twice traveler through the area. We come through here a lot, but will NEVER stay at this hotel again.
