Baymont Inn

Stopped here for the night on our way to out final destinaton in Florida. The only positive I can give is that the fella at the front desk that was severely overwhelmed with complaints was maintaing his compose and professionalism. This property did not match the photos that we reviewed on TripAdvisor before booking. The rooms were smelly, the air coming from the AC unit smelled of mold, and the carpets felt wet and I was scared to take my shoes off. We will not be returning to this location.

Terrible experience! Our original reservation was for 4 nights. Room was ok but bathroom was extremely dated & run down. We had to change the keycard every day because they stopped working. Advertised daily housekeeping was a joke. After the 1st night housekeeping didn’t make the bed, took the used towels but left no clean ones. The next day housekeeping didn’t even bother coming to the room. A death in the family caused us to check out early. We were told we would receive a one day refund, but they couldn’t print our paperwork because the printer wasn’t working. When I checked my account a couple days later I found they had actually charged me an additional $157!!! I eventually did get the $157 back but not the original refund because their records showed we stayed the whole 4 nights. Also the hallways reeked of pot the whole time we were there. Do yourself a favor and stay somewhere else.

The staff were very friendly! The pool was heated and sparkling clean. Anytime I needed was provided. Thanks alot Kathy Thorne
