SUPER 8 LA GRANGE

It was a great location. I was with my 11 year old son and we felt safe. It was right off I-85 and there was plenty of restaurants to choose from. The staff and atmosphere, overall, were probably some of the nicest I have encountered at a hotel. The only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 is that it wasn't the cleanest. The floors in the hall could use a good vacuuming and our bathroom needed a good scrubbing. I also had to ask for clean sheet when we got there because there was hair in the bed. We were on the 3rd floor at the end towards the stairs so the noise level was fine. There wasn't a lock box, but the room was nice and spacious with coffee, a fridge, microwave, etc. the normal amenities. Overall it was worth the value and we would likely stay again.

Lagrange Ga... omggg AWFUL. Moldy smell , wet carpet, fold damp towels in the bathroom that wasn't dry before taking from dryer. Not to mentioned a piece soiled tissue in the chair by the desk. This place is awful. Hair in tub . I stayed on 2nd floor room 208. The ceiling has mold and looks as if there is a water leak from upstairs. The most awful stay ever. If ice is needed you have to go to 3rd floor to ice machine and when exiting the elevator the smell is terrible. Smells like sour mop water . This place needs to be torn down and rebuilt from the ground up. I cried real tears. I was here for my brother's funeral and this made it even worse. I will never stay here again. Please if you looking for hotel please go to Marriott downtown Lagrange on the square. This is what you would label as Motel . Please don't bring your family here.

Cool atmosphere, dirty room, broken refrigerator (ice in the back, but putting out warm air). We reported the issues and were met with lackluster responses.
