Renting a room in the south in summer should have some level of A/C applied. It took 1.5 hours to get the room comfortable then I realized no soap or shampoo is provided. C'Mon you gotta do better. Also note the parking can be a long walk from the room and you have to drag suitcases u a flight of stairs to your room in many cases.

Older property in need of updating. Clean enough, didn't see any bugs or signs of. We would stay again if we were in the area.

It was very comfortable. The manager and their new hire did an excellent job with customer service. The manager is awesome!!!! Cash deposit was $40 and I only had $24 in cash, and he took the $24 and trusted I would uphold trust on my end. That’s top tier customer service. Don’t stay anywhere else in Lavonia on a budget except Super 8 of Lavonia, Ga.
