Best Western Bradford Inn

This hotel is very outdated and worn. The room was clean though. The lobby was a mess. Many people were hanging out it the parking lot late into the evening. They really need to update. Easy parking and close to everything.

The room had a stale smoke smell. The beds were ok and the Ac worked good. The bathroom was not clean. There was hair all over the tub and floor and a dirty washcloth on the back of the door. I do not think the toilet was cleaned either. Totally gross. Did not use shower.

Repeatedly downgraded from King to accessible/handicapped. Frequently given smoking room when reservation clearly made for NON-SMOKING. Property/management much more concerned with large church groups, private parties, sports teams than individual BW members. NO consideration afforded to BW member services. Internet hit-n-miss, most often poor quality at best. VERY noisy on weekends, many loud parties in courtyard. Online reservation NEVER accurate and frequently changed on or before arrival without notice. Not BW member friendly at all. This property was MUCH different 10 years ago.
