Second time staying at The Beach Club. Condo we stayed in was nice but needed new curtains, the bottom of the curtains were filthy dirty and obviously needed to be changed out or cleaned. The lock on the door did not work. Also, the people who cleaned the property worked at 7 in the morning which made it loud when trying to drink coffee and read on the balcony. The pool was nice but noticed a lot of sand in the pool and the water was not very clear. Also, both hot tubs were not working the whole week and kids were playing in them. The walk to the beach was horrible because of the march and tidal pool that is right in front of the beach club. It was muddy, smelly, and very slippery . Carrying beach chairs , coolers, etc. made it hard and dangerous. I hope in the near future that Beach Club will build something over the march and tidal pool to make the beach more accessible. The beach was clean and not very crowded.

Really liked the place! But having to walk thru a swamp to get to the beach was horrible!! That’s a deal breaker for our group! They need to build a walkway to the beach! Won’t stay there again.

This property is NOT beach front. It is marsh front/ ocean VIEW. You have to walk through murky water knee to thigh high in order to get to the beach. With temperatures dropping, if you don’t want to freeze or get wet to access the beach, you will have to drive to another location. The beach has been eroding away for years, with zero progress on a boardwalk and/or beach restoration
