Baymont Inn - Suites Savannah

I’m so grateful for this hotel! We did a last minute booking. The stay was great but the best part was what happened afterwards. We left our suitcase 🙈 so we had to coordinate sending shipping labels and having fedex picking up the suitcase. They were very patient and helped a lot every time we called. If you have a vehicle this is a nice place to stay; it’s about 15 mins drive if you want to explore the beautiful city of savannah

This room so bad I have contacted the BBB. Better Business Bureau Complaint Date of Transaction: 8/28/2026 Amount Of Money You Paid To The Business: $148.50 What The Business Committed To Provide You: 2 Nights Hotel Stay What The Nature Of The Dispute Is: We arrived at the hotel and after entering the room, we had to leave because the room was so disgusting and almost inhabitable. There were stains on the couch, the curtains and the floor and walls, the shower heads were crusted with gook, the dresser had water damage and was peeling, the a/c unit was full of dust clutter (I have pictures to support these issues). The condition of the room sickened me, when we got to our new hotel I took a shower because I was afraid I might get bed bugs from the few minutes I sat on the bed. Whether Or Not The Business Has Tried To Resolve The Problem: No, I have tried several of their Customer Care Service Numbers and can’t get anyone to help me resolve or even file a complaint.
