Comfort Suites Savannah Airport

I had a great experience. I had no problemms checking in or out. The room was clean. I was very close to the Tanger outlets. I would definitely stay here again.

First, the elevator was not working, and when I requested a ground floor room to avoid carrying my luggage up the stairs, the lady at the lobby said she had nothing available. Upon entering the room, I found it recently used, with a used bed, a used bathroom with recent water drops in the sink, and a used towel that smelled of cigarette smoke. The lady at the lobby insisted at all times that it was a lie, and I showed her the photos that clearly showed the room was used. She wanted to give us a ground floor room (maybe it became available?) I felt no security knowing that someone would have access to the rooms since she mentioned that she didn't know why it was like that, repeatedly stating that it was not her fault and that she knew nothing, that the fault was with the manager, not her.

The staff is rude and some obviously aren’t aware of the policies. We requested a late Checkout because we had car issues on the drive down and needed to take the car to a dealership and pick up a rental. We were told at 11:15 they don’t have later checkouts and we had to take all our luggage and sit in the lobby. The elevators and WiFi were both out so carrying all that luggage down three flights was not fun. I wouldn’t stay here again if you paid me.
