Our stay at The Marshall House was absolutely wonderful! The hotel is beautiful, full of Savannah charm and history, and the hospitality made our visit even more special. We especially want to recognize the bellman and valet staff. Their service was exceptional from beginning to end. They were incredibly friendly, helpful, courteous, and always greeted us with a smile. Whether they were helping with our luggage, getting our vehicle, or simply welcoming us back to the hotel, they went above and beyond to make us feel like valued guests. Great customer service can completely change a hotel experience, and the bellman and valet team at The Marshall House definitely made a lasting impression on us. We had an amazing stay and can't wait to come back the next time we're in Savannah! Highly recommend The Marshall House! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

We had such a wonderful stay at The Marshall House! From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed and well taken care of. The hotel has so much charm, history, and character, and our entire experience was fantastic. A special shoutout to the bellman and valet staff—they were absolutely amazing! They were friendly, professional, attentive, and always willing to help. Their outstanding service really stood out and made our arrival, departure, and everything in between so easy and enjoyable. It’s those little personal touches and genuinely friendly interactions that make a stay memorable. We truly enjoyed our time at The Marshall House and would absolutely stay here again. If you’re visiting Savannah and want a beautiful historic hotel with wonderful hospitality and exceptional service, we highly recommend it! Five stars all around! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Everything was great from check in to check out! Valet and Bellman was awesome! Super courteous and went out of their way to make sure sure that we never had to wait long for our vehicle. Felt very comfortable turning our car over to them. 5 STARS FOR SURE!!!
