Terrible kids can’t play water be off for hours internet bad they don’t fix anything and still charge you full price even though you are with out water or internet there rates changes on you with out notice you forfeit you 50$ deposit for a late check out this is the worse place to stay

We booked this for a week for baseball with my son. Upon arrival could see nobody with family should stay there. We went to check in after flying all day and the sign on the door says they have no check-in after 7:00pm. I called the number on the door and was yelled at that they do not check in after 7:00pm and hung up on. We got a room at the hotel next door for the night. The front desk person at that hotel was nice and helpful and laughed at how they hear the same thing about the property next door all the time. So we go back the next morning to check in at the original hotel and we’re told that since we didn’t show up the previous day it was canceled and she was fully booked now. Very rude person. Luckily we were able to get in at a Hilton across the town. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE! IT IS HORRIBLE WITH HORRIBLE PEOPLE RUNNING IT.

I booked this hotel for 7 days. Upon arriving, I ask to see a room. I walked in an said OH NO!!!!. The sofa was dirty stains everywhere. The room stinks you can't touch anything, it's nasty. You need to sanitize after leaving that room.. I took the key card back to the desk & said that's nasty. I got in my car, a couple driveways down was WoodSprings Suites this hotel is very clean an well worth the extra money. This is a 0 star hotel.
