Savannah Suites Stone Mountain

Too me, the place is alright. The only problems I have with the Haven is that it's not worth the price they charge. If you're gonna charge Red Roof Inn prices, then it should be Red Roof Inn accommodations. The box springs have holes, the "hot" water is luke warm, and the reception is very poor you have to use your phone outside. There is no way these rooms should cost over $30 a day. I have been to hotels that cost $40 a day and they were not in this shape. I also feel that there should be round the clock management and real security, for the price paid. The haven should gladly include extras in the price such as toilet paper and towels. If people are gonna pay these prices, the least Haven could do is step up their game on accommodating the people. After all, they are paying customers. Just keeping it real. As I have read prior reviews about bug infestations, maybe at one point and time, there was a problem, but I saw no bug problem or any pest problem during my stay. I like the fact that shopping is within walking distance! I think if Haven either lower the price, or get on the ball with the upgrades, they would get much better reviews, just keeping it 100.

cant believe i paid a week in this hell hole. NOT SAFE-NOT SAFE. Its like living in the projects with people standing around smoking CRACK. in the open. Im so afraid I will never come no where next to this place. NO TOWELS, NO BLANKET, NO PILLOWS. NASTY NASTY NASTY. I ask for my money back after day one-was told no refunds.

The lady at the front desk was very friendly and helpful to us concerning our situation. The room was nice and clean there were no or very little bugs in there. The door to the bathroom was missing and a drawer, but everything else seemed to work fine. There was very little room service so we mostly kept the place up ourselves. Its definitely not the most quiet hotel iv'e been to, but out of all the other inns on memorial dr inn stone mountain (which i have also been too) i'd say this one was probably the best.
