Sea And Breeze Hotel And Condo

Sea and Breeze is a moderately price motel located in the heart of Tybee Island! Rooms were clean with a nice pool. Walking distance to all restaurants, beach, and shopping. Will stay here again.

Check in lady was very polite and friendly. Only complaint was the beds in room 203 were horrible. Everyone likes different beds though. So it may be ok for some.

We stayed in the "upgraded" king suite for 2 nights. We found that although the kitchenette was nice it doubled for the bathroom since that was the only sink and counter available - so brushing teeth, hair after shower products, etc, all needed to use the same sink and counter as dishes and kitchen items - not cool! Also, I have never been in a hotel room that has NO CLOSET!!! We were just given 3 hangers on wall hooks. Also the bed was way too soft and the sheets were badly stained. On the bright side, it was just 1 block from the pier and beach and there was free parking at the hotel.
