Me and my family stay one night at the hotel on June 6 of this month and the hotel room was dirty. The floors was not mopped. The bathroom have feces all over the toilet and at this point, I don’t even think the bedsheets were changed, but the bed was made when we stayed there on checkout day on that Sunday on June 7 was checkout I mentioned to the front desk about the horrible service when Monday morning came and I was back in the state of New Jersey. I called back and spoke to the supervisor Andy and told him my situation and he said he was going to rectify the situation with an Amazon gift card for $50 because of my experience at quality Inn and had called him several occasions about the Amazon gift card and never received it at this point I would like a full refund of my $90 that I paid to stay there for one night because he should have rectified the situation being that me and my family were out of town and I’m going to see if I can reach out to the corporate office and complain and let them know about my horrible experience I had that hotel

This was unsatisfactory on nearly every count. Arriving and arranging the shuttle to the international terminal was chaotic and disorganized. Upon our return, we needed to pay $40 for a ride back because the shuttle did not run past midnight and the employee flatly refused to arrange a ride. The hotel room itself was dirty and we didn’t have a working shower. When we asked to use the shower in another room, the employee promised to accommodate the request, but then failed to follow up for two hours at which point we choked down the partially stocked continental breakfast and left. I called to follow up with the manager. He blamed the issue on a new employee, promised to address the situation, and then never followed up. Thumbs all the way down.

Reminded of how important/helpful reviews are. Airport, flight interruption, had to get a hotel quickly with a shuttle. We paid for the room over the phone, and the shuttle NEVER came! We waited for an hour. Kept calling the front desk, a number of times. Most of the time no one answered, after about 10 rings, the call was dropped. We had to cancel our payment, and got a room at a different hotel. With all the horror stories from people who stayed here, I am SO T H A N K F U L that we were spared from this place. One of the reviewers said this place ought to be shut down. My question is, “When will this place be shut down?”
