I’ll never use this place again. Imagine booking on hotels.com, securing your room online only to get to the actual hotel and the front desk personnel whom was an older black woman tells you immediately after you introduce yourself and tell her “I booked online hotels.com” for her to respond “I’m sorry I just booked my last available room.” I reaffirmed that I booked online already and still nothing. So my funds tied up with this establishment and I try to get my money back from them the next morning. They’re now trying to deny anything taking place when I came in. Which I’m sure it’s on camera that they have right at the reception desk. I urge you all to avoid this janky place by all means.

the worst customer service EVER. So disrespectful and no helpful at all. Waste of time and money.

Great newly renovated rooms with kitchenette and new big screen tv(make sure you ask for a renovated room) for the best price that I could find compared to all the other extended stay hotels in the area(which is only this one and one more here in Warner Robins). This place has bigger better nicer cleaner rooms than the other extended stay I found in Warner Robins. It’s quiet here and customer service is great, very friendly. The room cleaning people aren’t rude like all the other places I’ve been to lately, which is a huge plus. Check out here is at 12 not 11 and that extra hour of sleep goes a long way when your tired. It’s safe and secure here, they got cameras and nobody can get in unless you let them in. I’ve enjoyed my stay here and highly recommend this hotel to anyone who values comfort and good hospitality.
