Best Western Airport Plaza Hotel

We love the breakfast!! Delicious and the staff is so friendly and welcoming. Mahalo!!

Was given a room that felt like it would be broken into and filthy. It also was adjacent to the garbage and that started at 230 AM!!! While they moved the room the next day, the elevator was broken all week! The breakfast is horrific. The staff was rude! There is no place to relax at a bar restaurant forcing you to leave every day. It is close to airport and Tripler Army Medical Center- they are the only positives

Had a wonderful stay. The staff were friendly, responsive, & kind throughout my visit. Excellent hospitality & had pleasant experience. Kudos to Ms Gemma at reception area & Ms Techie at breakfast area. We’d be happy to stay here again.
