This is a clean, serviceable hotel with excellent staff and near-ideal walkable proximity to Waikiki Beach and numerous food options. My stay was marred by an east-facing window in the room's entry vestibule with no window shade, which flooded the room with light at 5:30 every morning and made sleep after that time impossible.
That aside, the room was surprisingly large and provided kitchenette amenities and a functional balcony. The bed was a marshmallow but tolerable and the room was clean. There are no accessible outlets next to the bed, so plan for this if you keep your phone on the nightstand at night.
There are two large open-air food truck venues with picnic tables and shade within a block of the hotel, offering a delightful variety of food options from breakfast through dinner.
