The Ilikai Hotel & Suites

1st time staycation at the ilikai. Felt very welcomed and pretty much everything was a good experience. I enjoyed the free entertainment in the evening and close proximity to Duke hilton lagoon

Unsatisfactory, unacceptable, no one to contact personally. Dirty bathroom, dirty towels, heath hazard, safety hazard

We stayed at the Ilikai for our first vacation as a family with our little one. Check in was very easy and the room was clean and had all the amenities we needed. They were able to provide a crib for us. The location is great! The lagoon and beach are just a 5 minute walk away. Even FoodLand is walkable from the Ilikai. When your little one is only awake for 2 hours at a time, it’s nice to be able to get to the beach in 5 minutes to maximize your time in the sun. We would definitely bring our family back here.
