Aloha🌺 we spent more than week in Plumeria Appartment at Waikīkī Surf Marina! It was great time for us that we could spent in very comfortable way and family atmosphere! We could feel like in our own home!!! It was amazing!!! Room was very comfortable for our Family; equiped with all staff you need for cooking ( also coffee machine; fridge; cubs; glasses and all kitchen staff); washing; spending time on the Beach (umbrella; chairs). The Bathroom also very comfortable with all staff. Very clean Appartment and with very nice and cosy staff and decorations; bright room with the balcony (with chairs and table😍) and Windows from the floor till ceiling:) it was possible to have also parking place in the building - very useful because it is very hard to find place to park. Location - the best we could imagine. The second building line from Waikīkī Beach. All around Restairants; bars; shops. It was excellent time for us! Thank you the Owner and the Mamager of the Plumeria Appartment gór lovely time and stay❤️🌺😘😍🥰 it would be great to have possibilities to come back❤️🌺

The hotel was infested with bedbugs and roaches. They bit us and infested our clothes and luggage. We asked to be relocated and we were denied. We were told by Marine Surf by Tropical Escapes Realty that pest are a naturally occurring thing. The unit was also not as depicted on their website. The unit was dirty and everything was outdated and not working. We have to pay an exterminator to eliminate the bedbugs and roaches. We also went to the doctor to relieve symptoms from bites.

I was very disappointed with my experience. Based on the reviews, I had higher expectations. The unit appeared old and poorly maintained, in desperate need of repairs. The bathroom smelled of urine and mustiness. The slippery tub was not very safe. On the positive side, parking was free, although the spaces were narrow and challenging to maneuver. The location in Waikiki was convenient, close to everything. It was a nice touch to have amenities like beach chairs, umbrellas, cooler bags, and beach towels. However, the poor condition of the room overshadowed these positives.
